The Brisbane Hockey Association's Veterans Hockey League (VHL) is for players over the age of 40. The competition is divided into several divisions and is played on Tuesday nights on the artificial surfaces of the State Hockey Centre and Redcliffe Hockey Centre.

Brisbane's Veterans' Competitions
- Veterans Hockey League (VHL) Fixtures are scheduled to commence on Tue 11th March 2008.
- Veterans Representative Hockey starts mid-April. The National Veteran's Championships would normally be in early October, however this year the tournament is in Darwin so its been brought forward to kinder weather on 7-19 July.

Dates for State Championships are:
Over 35 and Over 55: Murwillumbah 18, 19, 20 April
Over 40, Over 45, Over 50: Toowoomba 2, 3, 4, 5 May. Note that the Over 50 will be played as a separate competition for the first time.
THE 2008 COMMITTEE
When the Committee meets, each participating Club is represented by a Club Delegate. Details of the next meeting can be found under"Vets Cmte - Next Meeting" on the side menu.
