Judiciary Outcomes
For some years BHA Judiciary Committee Hearing outcomes have been published on the BHA Website. It is thought that by doing so, players, officials and supporters can gain a better understanding of the consequences of unacceptable behaviour. Players' and officials' names and the names of the Clubs involved in each Hearing have been removed. The selection of outcomes listed here span several years. Click on a heading to read more . . .

08/4 Incident Report - Dissent & Abuse to Technical Official

Posted by Administrator (admin) on 05 Sep 2008
Judiciary Outcomes >>

The Panel dealt with a Player/Coach who was alledged to have been dissentful and abusive towards a Technical Bench Official while in the dugout. After considering the evidence given by several witnesses, including Technical Bench Officials and a Club Scorer, the Panel found that there were sufficient differences on key points so as to necessitate a "not guilty" outcome.

However, the Panel found that it was necessary to warn the Player with respect to his role as a Coach and his behaviour towards the Technical Bench Officials and the perception this gives to the Public.
