Notes:

- OOo - refers to OpenOffice.org v3, the free Open Source MSOffice compatible, multi-platform Office Suite for MSWindows, Linux and other Operating Systems. The format used by OOo is an international standard and file sizes are generally smaller than MSWord.

- MSWord - refers to the Microsoft Word 97/2000/XP format. This format can also be opened using OpenOffice.org, Ability Office, etc.

- PDF - The viewing & printing of PDF documents requires that a suitable "Reader" application is available on your system. While the free Adobe Reader can be downloaded from the Adobe Website, a much smaller and faster Reader for MSWindows systems is FoxIt Reader. FoxIt Reader is also free and can be thoroughly recommended.
