Child Related Employment - "Blue Card"All persons working in regulated employment in either a paid or a voluntary capacity involving contact with children (Under 18), whether it be as team coach, team manager, club official, umpire, tech bench official, etc, must have a current "Positive Notice" Blue Card for Child Related Employment. It is the responsibility of all clubs and their officials to see that this is the case within their own club. There are substantial penalties in place for both the person concerned and the employer (club or association) should anyone be employed without a current "Positive Notice".
