NEW BHA LIFE MEMBER Also at the AGM, the immediate Past President, Mr Dushen Salecich, was made a Life Member of the Association. Having served on the BHA Board throughout the nineties, Dush was elected BHA President in 1998. He went on to serve seven years in the 'top job' before deciding not to stand for 2005. A truly worthy recipient, Dush will now be able to devote more time to his family - we wish him well!

The new licensees of the club have been very busy refurbishing the interior and adding many more poker machines. The new club is set to provide some significant rental payments and sponsorship to hockey. Offering very reasonably priced quality meals in pleasant surroundings, the new club is sure to be a hit with locals as well as with the hockey fraternity. WHY NOT JOIN TODAY?
CAR PARK CLOSED The southern carpark at the SHC is once again closed to hockey players and is for the use of members of the licensed club only. A new 'hockey' carpark is to be built shortly. In the meantime the gates at the southern end of the complex will be opened for hockey related parking.
