StarOffice 5.2 is a full "Office" package and is available in versions suitable for several Operating Systems. It is available free from Sun. StarOffice 5.2 contains a WP, SS, Browser, Email, and a Drawing application to name but a few. It can also read and write most popular formats including MS Office up to and including MS Office 97.
StarOffice 6.0 beta is also now available for free download - the product has had a complete make-over and now reads & writes MS Office files up to and including 2000 & XP.
